In the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and its growing impact across the globe, the health and well-being of our customers, partners, employees and community is a top priority for us. I wanted to take a moment to share how Gluware is addressing the evolving situation.

We appreciate the increasingly important and challenging role IT leaders like you play to help ensure business continuity and network security at your organizations. While network automation has long been a critical first step in operating complex, mission-critical networks, many customers are reaching out to learn more about how best to integrate it into their pandemic planning.

In closely following World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and local government guidance, we have shifted all in-person activities to digital experiences. As a technology company, we had much of the required infrastructure already in place to provide the seamless experience you’ve come to expect—whether for support, service or sales. Our staff is now working 100% from home. While our business travel has been brought to a standstill like much of the country, zoom virtual “face-to-face” meetings and other tools are in place to meet any support and business needs that arise.
