In this demo, see how Gluware Config Modeling becomes an application layer on top of Terraform to automate multi-cloud. In this example, the deployment of a complex multi-VPC design with a Transit Gateway is automated in about 8 minutes. This can dramatically simplify cloud management for NetOps and prevent having to become developers to use Terraform natively or use the slow and tedious web interface of a cloud provider.

This video highlights three use cases using Gluware Network RPA. In the first demo, orchestrate Gluware applications to provide config drift, with remediation via config modeling and config audit. In the second demo, automate notifications via Jira and Slack when Cisco and/or NIST indicate critical vulnerabilities. In the third demo, automated security response via API triggered (event-driven) workflow to perform drift and audit with remediation of the network along with an update of an AWS access-control-list (ACL) using Ansible playbooks for pre and post-change validation.

In this demo, we use Gluware to automate adding a port on a fabric using API-based automation with the APIC controller. We also show a second use case adding a vPC on the fabric.

Use Gluware Network RPA to onboard and initialize a Cisco ACI Fabric. The Network RPA workflow will perform a series of Gluware tasks along with orchestrating several Ansible Playbooks to initialize the ACI fabric. Also, use Gluware Device Manager to view the APIC controller details and use Config Drift and Audit to monitor the configurations.
